Jane Westney
Jane Westney joined the board in 2024 and brings her skills from her background in marketing and innovation spanning across the food and packaging industries.
This includes a mix of corporate multinationals and local Australian-owned businesses.
Jim Foster
Jim Foster along with Norma Foster started The Daylesford Foundation in 2018.
Before his retirement the year prior, Jim spent 40 years working in the recycling industry, both founding and selling companies, before going on to work in logistics for a further 10 years.
Cath Van de Hoef
Cath Van de Hoef joined the board in 2024 after starting out as a volunteer supporting the Scholarships program.
She brings 15 years experience in small business and government, digital media and communications, and has sat on various diversity and creative-based committees and boards.
Norma Foster
Norma Foster along with Jim Foster started The Daylesford Foundation in 2018.
Before her retirement some 18 years ago and subsequently moving to Daylesford, Norma spent decades owning and running a restaurant, coffee shops and travel agencies.
William (Bill) Jones
Bill Jones has been on the board of The Daylesford Foundation since its establishment in 2018.
This follows a management career in companies in Australia, Japan and Switzerland involved in digital mapping and mapping-related media production.
