She now runs her own company, distributing goods globally and leveraging technology & automation to streamline operations.
Jane Westney

Jane Westney joined the board in 2024 and brings her skills from her background in marketing & innovation spanning across the food and packaging industries.
This included a mix of corporate multinationals and local Australian-owned businesses.
Jim Foster

Jim Foster along with Norma Foster started The Daylesford Foundation in 2018.
Before his retirement the year prior, Jim spent 40 years working in the recycling industry, both founding & selling companies, before going on to work in logistics for a further 10 years.
Norma Foster

Norma Foster along with Jim Foster started The Daylesford Foundation in 2018.
Before her retirement some 18 years ago and subsequently moving to Daylesford, Norma spent decades owning & running a restaurant, coffee shops & travel agencies.
